A grouping system to better manage expectations of people you interact with most.

What is PeopleGroups?

PeopleGroups is a grouping system enabling entrepreneurs to smoothly operate their business to keep relationships with people groups they interact with most.

Its goal is to solve the unique problem of relationship risk by identifying, grouping, and systematizing expectations of actual people groups.

The hope is that entrepreneurs can think about what matters most to each group. Also, they can proactively build expectation systems around those needs.

Why It’s Necessary

Entrepreneurs interact with significantly more groups of people than the traditionally employed sector of the economy. It concerns with money, time, and energy.

By using PeopleGroups, entrepreneurs can maximize their mental stability and keep positive relationships. Also, they must be proactive about identifying all of the groups that they’re currently in and clarify each group's expectations.

This will help entrepreneurs clearly know what they must do so that each group relationship (not individual) can be healthily maintained.

HERE'S A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF...

How It Works

An entrepreneur thinks about all the relationships in their life. In an effort to streamline or improve the connection, PeopleGroups system applies to put all people into groups based on their need for certain resource types (money, energy, time). The entrepreneur then sees that they could be dealing with as many as 14-15 groups with fundamentally different expectations on the entrepreneur. From there, they learn each of these group's needs and wants. Lastly, they start putting systems in place to make sure that each group meets their expectation to protect against any risks resulting from missed expectations or damaged relationships.

A RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

It’s rarely discussed but entrepreneurs interface with far more distinctly different groups of people than the traditionally employed. Between their social life, business operations and business organization, entrepreneurs are required to work with 14-15 uniquely different groups of people on a very regular basis. What makes this even more challenging is that these groups aren’t separated by common classifiers like race, gender or culture but by what resources are needed from the entrepreneur. These resources often require investment or trade in the areas of money, time and energy. Unfortunately, without proactive management of these groups, relationship risks are quite high and this calls for a streamlined solution.

Entrepreneurship is a science.

I study, teach and consult on the subject. It’s a passion of mine because I want better lives for individuals and families around the world.

Everyday, millions of people worry about how they’re going to buy food, pay for healthcare and live in safe environments hoping to reduce stress, risk and worry. That shouldn’t be.

Entrepreneurship education is the answer.

If turned into a science, accessible by the masses, it can be the body of knowledge that helps individuals and families raise their quality of life and protect those they care about most.

So, that’s my purpose and I’m doing my best to stick to it. Hopefully, we can help the world, one individual and family at a time.
